Larry Neville and another "Cruise at the Beach"

Our guest this morning is Larry Neville. Larry is the guy that organizes Cruise at the Beach which is held every Friday night from 4p.m. to 8 p.m. through October at Ruby's parking lot on Harbor Drive in Redondo Beach.Larry grew up in the South Bay, currently lives in Torrance and worked in the aerospace industry for 38 years before he retired in 2004. He is passionate about cars. His dad was in the car business and he grew up immersed in the Southern California car culture. Larry has been involved with the Cruise since 1998 and began running the show in 2003.For those unfamiliar with this classic South Bay pastime, every Friday night, hundreds of hot rods, street rods, classic, souped-up and vintage vehicles roar, putter and purr down Harbor Drive and gather in Ruby's parking lot for an fun-filled evening of automobile appreciation.
