Atlanta & The Federal Gov't vs The BLACK American Community

PART 2: ATLANTA: "The City Too Busy To Hate!" What do Dr Martin Luther King Jr, Malcolm X, John F. Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, Ronald Reagan, Jack Kemp have in common with the City of Atlanta? Tune in to our Broadcast today to learn how these Political Leaders are linked to Atlantas Civil Rights History. Atlanta, Ga is a Southeastern Hub for the Federal Govt. Main District Offices for the Federal Govt are located in Atlanta. (Ex: IRS, Civil Rights Division, EEOC, Veteran Affairs, HUD, FBI, CIA) Due to Atlanta being the native home of the late Civil Rights Leader Dr Martin Luther King Jr & providing many Business Opportunities for Minorities, Atlanta was once known as the “BLACK Mecca”. However that Business Climate for BLACK Entreprenuers changed soon after the Recession. Harlem, NY is now the new "BLACK Mecca". But none of Atlanta's Federal Govt Offices Closed! Whenever BLACK Citizens who reside in the Southeastern Region of the U.S. file Discrimination Charges against a Private Sector or Government entity, those Complaints are directed to the Atlanta Federal District Offices because Atlanta has Jurisdiction. Its the Atlanta EEOC Offices which instructs Local Southeastern EEOC Offices to either Proceed, Delay or Refuse to Investigate Discrimination Charges filed by BLACK Citizens. Thus in most cases NOTHING is actually done to help BLACK Citizens who were legally injured due to Racism. Washington, DC Officials are aware of this problem but dont care to change or improve this process. Yet Congress continues to Appropriate Billions of Dollars towards Atlantas Federal Offices. Why?
